Return Policy

1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only on select products. Return eligibility and conditions are clearly mentioned on the respective product pages.

2. For most products, the standard return window is 3 days from the date of delivery, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

3. The return policy for any product may be changed without prior notice.

4. If reverse pickup service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our office address.

5. Return or exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.

Important Notes for Returns

• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

• Products must be returned with original packaging, labels, and tags intact. Returns without original tags or packaging will not be accepted.

• Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Return or exchange requests raised after the applicable return period (as mentioned on the product page) will not be accepted.
